"All Israel Will Be Saved" - Part Seven

Isaiah 60:1,2 says, "Arise, shine: for your light has come! And the glory of The Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but The Lord will arise over you, and His Glory will be seen upon you." These two verses describe that Glorious Day when Jesus Christ physically returns to earth establishing His Kingdom on earth. Bless His Holy Name!

We believe this whole chapter of Isaiah 60 is describing the New Heaven And New Earth descending upon earth as described in Revelation 21. Please notice Isaiah 60 verse 1 says "Your light has come." The light that will come to earth is Jesus! Revelation 21:23 describes the New Jerusalem being illuminated by The Lamb - Jesus Christ - as its light. Isaiah 60:1 also says "The Glory of The Lord is risen upon you." This is proclaiming that Heaven will come down to earth when the New Heaven And New Earth will descend upon current day Jerusalem.

Revelation 21:3 also says, "Behold, the Tabernacle of God is with men and He will dwell with them and they shall be His People and God Himself will be with them and be their God." God will live among His Redeemed People both Jew and Gentile! Hallelujah!

The theme of our current series is "All Israel Will Be Saved." How does Isaiah 60 address this theme?  The chapter shows Jehovah God addressing The Israelites and saying in verse 16, "You shall know that I, The Lord, am your Savior and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob." The Israelites will know Jesus is their Messiah and Savior through His returning to earth. How Many? All Of Them! Notice verse 21 says, "Also Your People Shall All Be Righteous." All of God's original Covenant People, The Israelites, will be Righteous meaning they will know Jesus as their Messiah and Savior. Amen and Amen!
